Therapy Services in Florida & Georgia
Services are provided for adult men and women ages 21 and over
Initial Consultations, Individual/Couple and Teletherapy Session Rate: $150 (45 minute sessions)
Pre-marital Counseling & Marriage Enrichment (PREPARE-ENRICH)
Program package includes: initial consultation session + Online Couple Inventories + 8 -60 minute- follow up Sessions- with workbook. Package rate of $1,400.00- due at intake session. Follow up sessions are scheduled weekly in-office or by teletherapy for your convenience.
Appointments Hours
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm.

I am licensed to provide therapy services in Florida and Georgia.
Insurance & Payments
In-network: Cigna, Aetna, Beacon Health, Optum/United Behavioral Health and Health Advocate and most other EAP panels (please check with your provider). I am NOT a Medicare or Medicaid provider. Please be sure to verify your outpatient mental health benefits/copays/deductibles BEFORE SESSION so there are NO SURPRISE FEES!
Out of network: I can bill out of network benefits for you. However, I cannot guarantee that your insurance carrier will cover services provided. Please be sure to verify your specific contractual requirements and exclusions of your policy before scheduling your appointment.
Payments: Payments accepted in cash, check and credit card.
