Services are provided for adult men and women ages 21 and over
Initial Consultation, Individual Session Rate: $150 (45 minute sessions) Couple Session Rate: $175 (60 minute sessions)
Pre-marital Counseling & Marriage Enrichment (PREPARE-ENRICH)
Program package includes: initial consultation session + Online Couple Inventories + 8 -60 minute- follow up Sessions- with workbook. Package rate of $1,400.00- due at intake session. Follow up sessions are scheduled weekly in-office or by teletherapy for your convenience.
Appointments Hours
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Insurance & Payments
In-network: Cigna, Aetna, Beacon Health, Optum/United Behavioral Health and Health Advocate and most other EAP panels (please check with your provider). I am NOT a Medicare or Medicaid provider. Please be sure to verify your outpatient mental health benefits/copays/deductibles BEFORE SESSION so there are NO SURPRISE FEES!
Out of network: I can bill out of network benefits for you. However, I cannot guarantee that your insurance carrier will cover services provided. Please be sure to verify your specific contractual requirements and exclusions of your policy before scheduling your appointment.
Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card- including HSA if applies.
YOUR RIGHT TO A GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You have the right to receive a GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or who aren’t using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy.
- You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill
- Make sure to save a copy or picture your Good Faith Estimate
